Engr. Dan Ossai, the former Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Project Monitoring, has described his erstwhile boss, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, as a colossus whose achievements would be very difficult to match.
Ossai, who is also the Director General of Team Hilary for Okowa, was of the view that the governor’s deeds have become indelible in the annals of history.
He was speaking recently while congratulating Governor Okowa on his 60th(Diamond) birthday anniversary celebration.
“The history of Delta State can never be complete without the mention of Gov. Okowa’s elevation of good governance to a higher level in the state within the space of four years that he has been in office.
“People all over the state have been showering prayers on Gov. Okowa and his family for his yeoman efforts in ensuring that development spreads to all the nooks and crannies of the state,” he posited.
Going further, Ossai stated that history will be kind to the governor for his unique concepts of bringing succor to the length and breadth of Delta State without discrimination.
“It is obvious that Governor Okowa is blessed and as it is written, whoever is blessed no man can curse.”
