A High Court sitting in Ekpoma, Edo State, today, May 28, 2020 dismissed the case filled by Eruanga Gallant and Anor today’s against the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
The applicants had asked the court to stop or reverse the recently concluded Congresses in Edo State. However, the court ruled in favour of the defendant, the PDP.
With this victory, the PDP, is ready to prosecute the 2020 Governorship Election in the state without overhang of legal restriction.
