Spread the love

By Jefferson Uwoghiren, Esq.

Wole Soyinka is unarguably one of the few persons to master the art of weaving, wrapping and weaponizing words into a fighting force to provoke physical and mental revolts in politically deformed and economically shrinking spaces.

The intricate, ruminative richness of his well documented body of works is a comprehensive vade-mecum for millions of aspirants to the delicate museum of muses.

As intoned by the master of ambiguity, Henry James, the deepest quality of a work of art will always be the quality of the mind of the producer, because nothing good can ever spring from a superficial mind.

Ake, accept my libations in homage, for the deep fecundities of thoughts, churning out the chocolatey tapioca of the written words.

Happy Birthday Wole Soyinka.

Thanks for the illuminating attempts to read your mind.
