A Benin High Court today December 18, 2019 dismissed the preliminary objections raised by Mr. David Imuse, thereby sustaining and extending the Restraining Order till January 13, 2020 when the Motion on Notice will be held.
The Court also granted the prayers of Anselm Ojezua Esq, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Edo State, and ordered that Col. Imuse be served with the contempt proceedings in substituted means through newspaper publication.
