The security danger posed by the so-called ‘One Million Boys’ in Lagos and Ogun State have assumed larger scale.
In there recent operation, last night, the gang of thieves invaded Adigun Street in Ijesha area of Lagos State after communicating their intention.
According to report made available to Midwest Herald, the emerging armed group had written residents that they would visit them with terror in ernest.
The ‘One Million Boys’ kept to their words last night and invaded the area in numbers.
“The One Million Boys wrote to inform that they will rob us yesterday, we thought it was a joke until their first set came to disconnect our transformer because there was light.
“Guys raised alarm, all men came out and we repelled them.
“Na so we form vigilante until 5am this morning. Lagos is boiling.” One of the residents reported in a message that was sent to Midwest Herald.
“Pray for us”, the man who identified himself as ‘Elder O’ pleaded to Nigerians.
