The Supreme Court, today September 14, 2022, granted an order for substituted service on the respondents to an Appeal filed by Hon. Monday Iyore Osagie & Ors (Appellants/Applicants).
The case: SV/CV/978/2022 and SV/CV/980/2022 were earlier listed by the Apex Court for hearing on motion by the Appellants.
The motion has provided the applicants the window to serve the respondents via the legal department of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
The matter was subsequently adjourned to Thursday, September 22, 2022, for the report of service on the respondents, PDP and others.
