All is set for the successful ministerial nominees to assume the headship of their various ministry without hindrance.
Some of the ministers have completed the rigorous process few minutes ago when they were each given boxes of documents that contains vital ‘transitional’ and proposed action plan for their ministry.
The boxes are locked and only the Civil servants will unlock them shortly before the commencement of the ministerial retreat.
