Several interest groups, including Aviary Club of Nigeria, (ACN), has commended the Secretary to Edo State Government, Osarodion Ogie Esq “for his unbeatable records”.
The group also called on aggrieved members of the ruling All Progressives Congress in the state to sheath their sword for the interests of the people of the state.
Specifically, ACN praised Barrister Ogie for assisting the state government in spreading even development across the state and in particular, in Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of the state.
In a release in Benin City, Comrade Noah Idemudia the state coordinator of the group, explained that, with the level of completed and ongoing projects across the local government and the state, Barrister Osarodion Ogie has proven undaunting leadership qualities.
Idemudia expressed total confidence in his leadership to continue to deliver on the dividends of democracy to the people while calling on the pocket of individuals clamouring for his removal to abstain from such actions.
He warned against possible action-line that could steer distractions.
“Barrister Osarodion is an enigma of development in Ikpoba Okha. His records are unbeatable.
“looking at his commitments toward the grassroots in the local government, you will agree with my position on his laudable achievement-far, across the state.
“We would continue to give him the necessary support as a group to do more,” he stated
Also, a coalition of All Progressives Congress Youths drawn from Edo South, has declared total support for Governor Godwin Obaseki and the SSG and also reinstated their commitment to defend the achievments of the present administration.
Mr. Frank Idaho, a youth volunteer from Utoka ward in Ovia North East Local Government Area adviced their counterparts in Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area to reject the “…paper weight politicians who recently committed heinous political suicide when they announced their so-called suspension of Barrister Ogie.”
The APC youths called on the state leadership of the party to expell those involved in the abominable act.
