Rosula Foundation Kickstarts 2021 ‘My Dream Scholarship Scheme’

Interview for the fully funded scholarship scheme – ‘My Dream Scholarship’ instituted by Princess Rosemary Osula Mku-Atu through her Rosula Foundation has commenced in earnest.

My Dream Scholarship provides successful students the opportunity to understake any discipline of their choice and obtain degrees in the top universities within and outside Nigeria.

The scheme has assisted over 800 indigent Nigerians to graduate from different prestigious universities in Nigeria and foreign countries. Some of the graduats have bagged different awards of excellence while pursuing Bachelors and Postgraduate studies.

There are over 260 students that are It currently undwrgoing university education with Rosula Foundation scholarships.

According to a release by the Foundation, the 2021 MDS will enroll candidates for the 2021/2022 academic session to obtain degrees of Bachelors, Postgraduate Diploma, Masters and Doctorate in four Private Nigerian Universities.

The universities are: Igbinedion University Okada, Edo State;
Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State;
Crescent University Abeokuta, Ogun State;
University of Mkar, Mkar Benue State.

Interested candidates were made to apply through the foundation’s website:

Application closed on the 7th of November, 2021 and over of 1500 applications were received and and processed for screening and subsequent interviews.

“The Screening committee has been working tirelessly to ensure that only the brightest and most vulnerable are awarded the opportunity to achieve their educational dreams.” The statement added.

It will be recalled that twelve awardees of My Dream Scholarship scheme graduated from rhe Igbinedion University during the school’s 19th Convocation Ceremony held in Okada Edo State.

The event saw the convocation of ten First Degree, BSc students and two Post Graduate Degree, MSc students.
